Please look after your Gift Card as you would cash.
We will do our very best to ensure that your order is despatched as soon as possible after receipt of payment.
We will post out all orders within 5 working days of receipt of payment. However, we will endeavour to send out orders received by 12 noon on the same day. Orders received after 12 noon will be sent the following day. Orders placed after 12 noon on Friday, or placed anytime on Saturday or Sunday will be despatched on Monday (except where Monday is a Bank Holiday). Please allow more time at busy periods such as the run up to Christmas.
Once dispatched, the delivery time depends on the service provided by Royal Mail or courier.
One delivery address is accepted on each purchase, if you wish to purchase cards to be delivered to more than one address then you will need to shop again. For security reasons we strongly recommend that you use a signed for service i.e. Courier Service.
